This is a video on how to build yourself a cheap copy of the impact snap training aid. If you are an early releaser of your wrists and want to retrain them to release later this could be your answer. I first made this device a while back after hearing about the impact snap. I wanted to see if it would help me before investing in the real thing. I was prompted to make this video by watching a recent video by Michael Broderick who I follow on YouTube. Check him out. His stuff is very different and he has a lot of success increasing club head speed. After seeing him make what seems like a very similar device to mine I wanted to share with you how I built it. For under $5 you can build one of these and be on your way to better ball striking and more distance.
