Designed for the senior and weekend golfer, my TURN DRILL is all you need to understand and perform in order to swing your best. With specific “feel points’ this drill will always keep you in the know as you understand both your capabilities and limitations.
The golf turn movement, is the hub of a golf swing. The action of which the body takes role, performed well, will limit just about every issue that can happen in one’s swing! Use a mirror and perform is drill slowly at first, take in these uncomfortable areas and use a mirror to help you.
You will soon see why this is one of my favourite drills to build a swing off.
